Governor Nixon’s budget cuts and tax incentive propositions are highly reactive. His administrative practices lack vision and foresight, promoting normalcy and stagnation. While Missourians should laud Nixon for making the difficult decisions and putting those decisions into action, we should also reflect on what has been lost.
